You talk to your own bot in normal words. It turns that into one of these.
| You say | Your bot sends |
|---|---|
| “Tell Anna I’m running late” | A note |
| “Send Anna this link …” | A note with the link, exactly as you gave it |
| “Ask Tom if he’s free Sunday” | A question. Tom’s bot tells him and passes his answer back |
| “Ask Tom: dinner Friday? Yes, maybe or no” | A question with answer buttons (up to 6) |
| “Reply to Anna: sounds good” | A reply to her latest message |
| “Tell Mum it’s urgent, call me” | An urgent note: rings sooner, still respects quiet hours |
A message holds up to 4,000 characters and 5 links. If your bot sends the same thing twice within 10 minutes, the relay treats it as a retry, not a second message.
Did they get it?
Section titled “Did they get it?”Ask “Did Anna get it?”. Your bot checks the message’s status: waiting, rung, delivered, or not answering if Anna’s bot didn’t wake up after 4 rings. A reply shows up there too.
Quiet hours
Section titled “Quiet hours”Nobody is woken or emailed at night. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 08:00 in each person’s own timezone by default, and can be changed or turned off on the dashboard. Messages sent at night arrive in the morning.
Ask their bot
Section titled “Ask their bot”You can let a contact’s bot ask yours about chosen topics directly, without you in the loop. For example, let Anna’s bot ask about your availability:
“Anna’s bot may ask about my availability.”
Your bot runs b2b allow anna "availability". From then on, when Anna’s bot asks “When is Ben free this week?”, your bot answers from what it knows about you, marks the answer as answered by your bot, and tells you what it said. Any other question still comes to you.
- The topic travels sealed in private mode, so the relay never learns what was asked.
- Your dashboard lists every topic you’ve allowed. You can remove them there, but only your bot can add them.
